Order Questions:
What is the way forward, to request a quote?
- You can go to our contact us page, the best will be to fill in the form, so that we can have all your details or alternatively you can email us at info@brandlifesavers.com or phone us on 083 388 6512, for further assistance.
- The other way, is to search the product you are interested and click on the add to quote button. After you have clicked on the add to quote button, click on browse the list, where you need to fill in all your details and select the quantity.
What is the quantity that I must order?
Each product has its own minimum quantity order, that you should order. The quantity also affects the price, the higher the quantity, the better the price. Please note that we sell in bulk and cannot brand only one product.
How do I place an order?
Once we have received your quote request, one of our dedicated sale staff will get back to you with a formal quote for approval. After the approval of the quote, we will ask you for your Invoice details. We will then require 50% Deposit payment to start your order and balance once order has been completed and is ready to be delivered.
What happens after I place an order?
We will keep you updated on a regular basis, with regards to how far your order is and when it will be done.
What happens, if I have a rush order?
We must charge you a rush fee, as there will be extra hours of work, we need to put in, to deliver in time.
Can an order be cancelled?
Once you have placed an order and payment has been made, it all depends on the production process. If we have already started with your order, full payment needs to be made for the branded products or if the order has not been printed yet, there will be a cancellation fee.
What is your Leadtime?
Our normal Leadtime for branding orders is 7-15 working days, depending on availability of stock. All imported custom made products from China, takes mostly 30-35 days (including weekends), but may take longer.
Product Questions:
Why are there sku codes?
There are a variety of products on the website, the codes are there to easily identify the product. Each product have they own product code and they are found underneath the Add to Quote button
Can you supply custom made promotional products and unique products that is not on your website?
We can source any product, according to your specifications. We have import documents in place and import custom made promotional products from factories in China. We have a quality manager in China, which checks the quality and make sure that the order has been made according to the specs and that the quality is good, so that there will be no surprises once the order arrive in South Africa at our warehouse
What are your payment options?
We only accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), paypal and payfast methods. We require 50% Deposit payment to start your order and the balance before delivery.
Are your prices very competitive?
We can beat any written quote. If you received a better price from other suppliers, forward us the quote and we will match a lower price.
How can I trust the quality of your product?
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the result. If you are not happy with your order, let us know. We are in it for the long run and will work together with you until you are 100% satisfied. To build a trust relationship, you are more than welcome to first request a sample.
Can I choose a specific patone color for my product?
For this option there is a minimum order quantity, that you must order. On some products, you cannot imprint a specific pantone color, due to the limitation process. Please contact us, should you need further assistance on this matter.
Branding Questions:
Does the company offer branding on products?
Yes, we offer branding on all our products, that you see on our website. Please contact us, so that we can get your brand out there. We get excited, when it comes to branding. We offer different types of branding on each product, please check our branding guideline, and let us know which type of branding you are interested.
What is a setup cost?
Setup cost, is the cost charged to get the equipment ready for your order to be processed. It is a fee that will be charged every time you place an order. This is not artwork charges, but are charges to initiate your branding.
In what format must I send the logo?
Your logo/artwork must be supplied in an open vector file or pdf format. Should your logo or artwork not be supplied in any of these formats, it will be redrawn by us at a fee. Pantone references need to be provided, together with your logo.
Will I be able to see a proof, before the printing process starts?
Yes, we will send you a proof for approval, before we start with your order. We will only start, once you send us the approval confirmation. Brand Lifesavers can send you a physical sample for approval, on request which will come with an extra cost.
How does branding effect the price?
It all depends on how many colors your logo is, the type of branding and in how many positions it will be branded..
Delivery Questions:
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver everywhere. We have license to import and export and have clients all over Africa. We do not put a mark up on the delivery cost, as it is a service that we provide. You are more than welcome to send your own driver to collect your order from us.
Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery, if you are based in Cape Town.
